设备维护保养及管理

设备的维护工作分为日常维护和定期维护两类。

一. 设备日常维护

设备日常维护包括每班维护和周未维护两种 , 由操作者进行。

1. 每班维护要要求操作者在每班生产必须做到 :

1) 班前对设备各部进行检查 , 并按规定加油润滑 ;

2) 按“日检维修卡”要求检查设备 , 并记录 , 确认设备正常后才能使用设备。

3) 设备运行要严格按操作规程 , 正确使用设备 , 注意观察其运行情况。

4) 设备运行出现的问题及时处理 , 操作者不能排除的故障应通知维修分厂, 并由各分厂负责做好设备维修记录 , 统一安排及时维修。

Equipment maintenance is divided into routine maintenance and regular maintenance.
I Daily maintenance of equipment
The daily maintenance of the equipment includes the maintenance of each shift and the weekly maintenance, which are carried out by the operator.
1. Each shift of maintenance requires the operator to do the following in each shift of production:
1) Check all parts of the equipment before the shift and lubricate them as required;
2) Check the equipment according to the requirements of "daily inspection and maintenance card", and make records. Only after confirming that the equipment is normal can the equipment be used.
3) The equipment shall be operated in strict accordance with the operating procedures, the equipment shall be used correctly, and the operation condition shall be observedCondition.
4) The problems arising from the equipment operation shall be handled in a timely manner, and the faults that cannot be eliminated by the operator shall be notified to the maintenance branch, and each branch shall be responsible for making equipment maintenance records and arranging timely maintenance in a unified manner.

2. 周未维护的主要要求 :

操作者在每周未和节假日前 , 用 1-2 小时对设备进行较彻头彻尾的清扫, 擦拭和润滑 , 并按设备维护“四项要求”进行检查评定。

日常维护是设备维护的基础工作 , 生产设备科及设备使用单位责任人负责按日常维护制度要求认真督促执行。

2. Main requirements for weekend maintenance:

The operator shall thoroughly clean, wipe and lubricate the equipment for 1-2 hours before each week and holidays, and conduct inspection and evaluation according to the "four requirements" of equipment maintenance.

Daily maintenance is the basic work of equipment maintenance, and the responsible person of the Production Equipment Department and the equipment user unit is responsible for earnestly urging the implementation according to the requirements of the daily maintenance system.

二. 设备定期维护

1. 设备一级保养

设备一级保养以操作者为主 , 维修人员配合 , 分别按“五·一”、“十·一”、“春节”三个节假日对全厂设备进行设备保养。

II Periodic maintenance of equipment

1. First-level maintenance of equipment

The first-level maintenance of equipment is mainly carried out by operators, with the cooperation of maintenance personnel, and the equipment maintenance of the whole plant is carried out according to the three holidays of "May 1st", "October 1st" and "Spring Festival".

2. 设备二级保养

设备二级保养以维修人员为主 , 操作者配合 , 每年结合设备周期精度点检的设备精度状况对全厂部分设备进行保养。

2. Secondary maintenance of equipment

The second-level maintenance of equipment is mainly carried out by maintenance personnel, with the cooperation of operators, and part of the equipment in the whole plant is maintained annually in combination with the equipment accuracy status of the equipment periodic precision spot check.

3. 针对设备日常点检和周期点检上出现的故障实行强制性保养 , 并记录。
