  • 设备日常维护
    • 制定设备日常维护保养计划,明确每日、每周、每月的维护工作内容,如设备清洁、润滑、紧固、检查易损件等,安排专人负责执行并做好维护记录。
    • 员工在设备使用前,进行简单的设备检查,如设备外观、运行声音、仪表显示等,确认设备正常后方可开机生产;设备使用过程中,注意观察设备运行状态,发现异常及时停机报告;设备使用后,对设备进行清洁和必要的保养,如擦拭设备表面、清理设备内部杂物等。

    • 维修完成后,对设备进行调试和试运行,确认设备恢复正常运行,并将维修情况记录存档,包括故障现象、故障原因、维修措施、维修时间、维修人员等信息,以便后续分析设备故障规律,为预防性维护提供依据。

质量标准制定与宣贯
  • 根据产品设计要求和相关国家标准、行业标准,制定详细的车间产品质量标准,明确产品的尺寸精度、外观质量、性能指标、包装要求等各项质量参数,并将质量标准转化为具体的检验规范和操作流程,确保员工在生产过程中有明确的质量依据。
  • 通过培训、张贴质量标准海报、发放质量手册等方式,向全体员工宣贯质量标准和检验规范,使员工清楚了解产品的质量要求和自己在生产过程中的质量责任,提高员工的质量意识.

IN PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL

质量改进
