Insufficient ability, lack of skills, lack of experience, and unclear understanding of tasks
Insufficient resources, inadequate time, manpower, tools, and information support
Difficulty in prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously and failing to arrange priorities properly
Poor communication, lack of timely feedback, ineffective coordination, and unclear task allocation
Lack of motivation, lack of enthusiasm for tasks, and work attitude issues
External interference in family affairs, health issues, emergencies, etc

  • 使用“5Why分析法”深入挖掘问题根源。
  • 避免主观判断,保持倾听与理解的态度。
