制定改进计划(Performance Improvement Plan, PIP)
  • 短期目标:设定可实现的阶段性目标,帮助员工逐步提升。
  • 定期反馈:每周或每两周进行一次进度回顾,给予正面反馈与改进建议。
  • 明确后果:说明若无法按计划改进,可能面临的后果(如绩效考核影响、岗位调整等)。

Short term goals: Set achievable milestones to help employees gradually improve.
Regular feedback: Conduct a weekly or bi weekly progress review to provide positive feedback and improvement suggestions.
Clarify the consequences: Explain the potential consequences (such as performance evaluation impact, job adjustment, etc.) if improvements cannot be made as planned.
