  Hello everybody here, very glad and honouredas a master to communicate with each other here. Today, we'd like to discuss one topic that some effective actionsfor the Engilsh improvement, LET'S Begin when available.
  Now my turn for the 1st discusser, we all know that english is much more and more important in our daily life, especially in foreign company. So four points to be shown in side: Interested, Question, Answer Then Review for the Improvement in English Study.

  Tip1: Interested
  It's important, Interested is a good teacher!

  Tip2: Question
  With effective question raised, we will query ourselves several times for Why, Why, and Why, then dig out more and more.

  Tip3:  Answer
  To answer efficiently, we will do much more investigation then with more and more evidence supported!

  Tip4: Review
  It's key for the performance in this tip4. Review frequently, we achive that today is better than yesterday, tomorrow we will try the best.
